Owner & Lead Practitioner
My name is Shea, and before starting this career path, I was an over-the-road truck driver for almost 10 years. When you are driving for 11 hours a day, it leaves a lot of time for listening to books, and that's how I got interested in nutrition. I would listen to shows on health and at least one book on nutrition a week.
Eventually, I wanted more from my career and to help people with my knowledge, so I became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I sold my trucking company and graduated in 2022. I am excited to help people feel like themselves again. I am thankful for this new career opportunity and the chance to spend more nights at home with my wife, two boys, and two dogs. Nutrition truly is a passion for me, and I would appreciate the opportunity to share my knowledge with you.

Silke brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge to our team. As a master herbalist, certified massage therapist, and functional nutritionist, she offers a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the whole person — body and mind.
